Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 5 Seconds of Summer merchandise, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your apparel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible on the outside of the mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
